sleep

The sleep step type pauses execution for a set duration, a simple building block for pacing custom commands and workflows around external systems that need time to settle.

Fields

timeout

Optional sleep duration, such as 5s, 1m, or 2m30s. Defaults to 1s. The sleep step gives timeout this meaning of its own, so it is the duration to sleep and not a limit on the step.

The step result value is the resolved duration.
